If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee - No outdoor grilling. - No pets allowed. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $190 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - No additional guests are allowed unless prior arrangement's are made. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $90 per night and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months. - Guest must have been positively reviewed by previous hosts and be at least 21 years old to book..
