- We kindly request you keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. No parties/events at any time. - No outdoor grilling - No Smoking, No vaping, No e‑cigarettes allowed. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee. - Not suitable for children and infants. Children and Infants not allowed. - No pets allowed. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $190 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - No additional guests are allowed unless prior arrangement's are made. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $90 per night and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months. - Guest must have been positively reviewed by previous hosts and be at least 21 years old to book.. We will not be able to host you if you have no reviews.

This is such a great place to stay. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back. John is very proactive with communications. The cabin has a wonderful view. The deck was so nice for a coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The layout of the cabin is well designed and so so clean!!! Nice amenities! Thank you John for sharing your cabin.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The location was perfect—close to shopping, town, and plenty of outdoor activities. The cottage itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with wonderful amenities, including an EV charger which was a huge plus. We especially loved relaxing on the porch and taking in the beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This is a convenient location to Banner Elk; no winding roads to access. One of the Cleanest places i have ever stayed and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely stay when in the area again.
