If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $190 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - No additional guests are allowed unless prior arrangement's are made. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $90 per night and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months. - Guest must have been positively reviewed by previous hosts and be at least 21 years old to book.. Thank you for a relaxing stay. The place was immaculate and convenient for everything we wanted to do. It was also very quiet and peaceful when we came back from our many adventures in the area. John’s place was just what we needed for our trip to the Banner Elk area. The house was very accessible, private, clean and comfortable. A short drive to everything we needed with a good selection of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed traveling to nearby Linville, Boone, Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would definitely stay again.
