- We kindly request you keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. No parties/events at any time. - No outdoor grilling - No Smoking, No vaping, No e‑cigarettes allowed. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee. - Not suitable for infants. Infants not allowed. - No pets allowed. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $190 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - No additional guests are allowed unless prior arrangement's are made. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged an extra $90 per night and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months. - Guest must have been positively reviewed by previous hosts and be at least 21 years old to book.. We will not be able to host you if you have no reviews.

I stayed here with my family for the New Year’s Holiday. The place was great. The location could not have been better. It is right in between Beech and Sugar Mountains and right down the street from the super-quaint Banner Elk Main Street. The place was stocked with all the essentials one might need like pots/pans/ glassware, Keurig coffee maker with K-cup coffees/sugars, etc. The check-in/out was flawless and super easy. The place felt private and ‘homey’. I would absolutely stay here again next time and recommend to anyone.

Our first time renting and this house could not have been more perfect. Cozy and comfortable. The bed slept so good. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay.
